Join me in a Virtual Baking Class and learn to make Ti Gateau Sec (dry little cakes), blackberry and lemon filling. We’ll turn the Ti Gateau and fillings into sweet dough tarts and wash it all down with a cold glass of blackberry lemonade.

This is a bake-along class, recipes will be sent out a week in advance. You can bake-along or just watch and bake later- you decide - no pressure - no judging - we’re friends having fun and virtually baking together.
