Buttercream 101 or basic decorating knowledge is recommended but not required.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:  In this class, we will build on the techniques learned in Buttercream Basics.  You will learn how to pipe borders with shells and reverse shells, vertical and layered ruffles, rope and basket weave. You will also learn to pipe flowers using a piping nail, plus print and cursive writing.

 Techniques learned will be used to finish a 6” layer cake that each student will take home.
