CLASS DESCRIPTION: Learn to make an ice cream sundae themed cupcake cake using 10 cupcakes and a 6 inch round cake. Top-off your sundae with a modeling chocolate cherry.

Skills taught in this class include; how to carve cake, make a cake using cupcakes and creative piping techniques.

The skills learned in this class can be used in cake and cookie decorating.

The class is appropriate for adults and one adult and one child. A paring knife will be use to carve the bowl so children must be accompanied by an adult.
